Gift Boxes

You can choose from our range of stylish gift boxes if you want to impress someone with a beautiful present; available in a variety of sizes depending on the item or quantity you pick.
(If you do not see the option to choose a gift box at checkout, that is because it isn’t available for that particular item or quantity of chocolates. Your order will be wrapped as standard in ribboned cellophane bags.)

Ribboned Bags
Our luxury chocolate Pick & Mix collection and single flavour selections are wrapped in ribboned cellophane bags as standard.
(Our largest cellophane bags can hold up to around 100 Pick & Mix chocolates. Depending on the size of your order - We may need to divide your order across two or more bags.)
Personalised Gift Tags
When selecting your gift wrap, you can also choose to add a personalised message. This will be printed and added to a Chocolate Emporium gift tag, and tied onto your order with ribbon.
If you have any specific gift-wrapping requirements then please just ask!

Standard Orders: 2nd Class Royal Mail
Delivery: 3-5 working days**
Cost: Determined by the weight of your order and indicated at checkout.
📦🚛 UK Trackable Delivery
Royal Mail Tracked 24 & Tracked 48 options are available and/or courier delivery options (Depending on size and weight of your order.)
Delivery: Tracked 24 (1-2 working days**) / Tracked 48 (3-5 working days**)
Cost: Determined by the weight and size of your order and indicated at checkout.
📦✈️ International Delivery
All orders from outside the UK are sent by international courier.
Delivery: We are not currently shipping to Europe.
Delivery to the USA and Canada takes 2-7 days.
Cost: Determined by the weight of your order and indicated at checkout. You will receive a cost for the shipping before you are asked to complete payment.
Your orders are delivered in new, quality mailing boxes with the contents bubble wrapped to ensure they reach you in perfect condition!

Returns
Our returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer as we will be unable to refund you.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Additional non-returnable items:
* Gift cards
We can arrange a free full refund or exchange for anything which has occured due to any fault of our own as long as the order/items are returned to us. We can also supply a free pre-paid return label for this.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* If you opt to return your order/item for an unspecified reason, or because you simply no longer want it, your original postage cost will not be refundable, only the cost of the product itself.
* If you require us to provide a pre-paid return label we can do so but the cost of the return label will be taken from your refund total.
* Please return your order/items safely as full refunds will not be given for items that arrive back to us damaged, unless you inform us in advance of the damage.
